The Kumusha Foundation works with the Chinyakare Ensemble, a family of musicians, dancers and teachers dedicated to performing and preserving traditional Zimbabwean music and dance.
Through our programs, we enable young children in the San Francisco Bay Area to learn about African culture through after school programs such as music and dance classes.
The Kumusha Foundation facilites a travel abroad immersion program where guests are invited to live with renowned musicians and dancers at the Chinyakare Cultural Centre in Zimbabwe.
